Pyaar made with love handles your details with care. This statement explains which details we process when you use our website or book a table online, what we use them for and what your rights are.
Who we are

What we process
When you book online: your name, email address and phone number, the number of guests, the date and time, and anything you enter under "Details". If you mention an allergy or dietary need there, we use it only to prepare for your visit. Please only include what is needed.
What we use it for
To record your reservation, send you a confirmation and contact you if anything changes. The legal basis is carrying out your reservation. We do not use your details for marketing and we never sell them.
Who else processes it
The website is hosted by Vercel. Confirmation emails are sent through Resend, from servers in the EU. Reservations arrive in our Google (Gmail) inbox. These companies only process your details on our behalf. They are US companies, so details may also be processed outside the EU; they use the legal safeguards for this, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. For security and troubleshooting, the hosting temporarily keeps technical data such as your IP address.
How long we keep it
No longer than necessary: we delete reservation details no later than 12 months after your visit.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. The Google Maps map on the contact page only loads after you click it; from then on Google’s terms apply. If you order through Thuisbezorgd or Uber Eats, their privacy statements apply.
Your rights
You can ask us which details we hold about you, have them corrected or deleted, or object to their use. Email pyaarrestaurant@gmail.com. If you disagree with how we handle your details, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
If we change this statement, the date at the top of this page will show it.
